Maintain employee files and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with procedures.
Provide legal advice and support to HR Senior Officer during employee disciplinary investigations, ensuring appropriate action is taken in line with defined policies and laws.
Foster optimal relationships between the company, government entities, and internal stakeholders.
Support the implementation and update of HR policies and procedures.
Address and resolve employee complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Liaise with line departments to gather required information for HR service activities, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
Prepare various employee-related documents, such as letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
Perform employee helpdesk functions, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
Payroll (Act as HR Officer support/apprentice)
Organize finance and INSS pensioner processes, including preparation of payment.
Input data for general staff payroll, including overtime, deductions, and absenteeism, and ensure timely submission of statutory documents to relevant tax authorities.
Manage HR payroll records, files, and systems, including e-records.
Provide employees with monthly pay slips and process transactions while maintaining accurate accounting records.
Training
Collaborate with HRBP to define training schedules and analyze training needs.
Ensure new recruits complete their training programs.
Coordinate regular training programs for developing multi-skills among general staff.
Develop plans with HRBP to address performance improvement needs.
General Duties
Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Provide support in HR compliance activities, staying abreast of employment laws and regulations.
Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance HR operations.
Qualifications
Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Psychology of Organizations, Human Resources, Law or other relevant area.
Experience in HR/ Administrative function: 02 years.
Effective in evaluating employee behavior.
Very good communication skills (fluent English is mandatory).

Detail and action oriented.
High critical sense to handle sensitive and confidential information.
