HR Assistant Manager Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy;
Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives;
Compile and update employee records;
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities;
Coordinate HR projects;
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data;
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position;
BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
Familiarity with databases;
Basic knowledge of labor laws;
Excellent organizational skills.
