The role of a BU’s Corporate Responsibility Champion
Corporate responsibility champions are pivotal to embedding Company CR Approach into the business. A CR champion represents and promotes the CR approach and advocates for change, representing the philosophy and implementation of CR across the business and imbedding and facilitating change- this is usually behaviour or mindset change.
The role of Training & Development
The training element gives staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks. The training officer/manager will either deliver training sessions to participants or, alternatively, arrange for others to do so;
The development work relates to the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills so that they can fulfil their potential within their organisation.
Qualification
Preferably 4 to 6 years experiences in CR, Training and Development of any multinational organization;
Education Level: Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or and relevant area;
