Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the fraud operation best practice including the testing capabilities fraud monitoring to address the weakness and vulnerabilities in the controls and to provide advice and support in specialist operational services through the execution of predefined objectives.
Job Description
- Fraud processes and procedures and Operation Manual.
- Alert resolution (Merchants lending, cards- debit/credit, client Profile).
- Root cause analysis and remediation.
- Mandatory minimum leave testing.
- Monitor Transactions performed in our POS.
- Root cause analysis and remediation.
- Sampling on all lending products – Credit Cards.
- Losses, recoveries and write offs.
- Significant fraud events and lessons learned draft.
- Complete fraud alert reports in a daily basis.
- Prepare VRM report, on a daily basis.
- Financial data & MI reporting Monthly.
- Reporting and governance.
- Reporting & MI/ forensic support.
- Deliver service in line with agreed business needs.
- Work in liaison with respective fraud team to insure that fraud reviews are within the agreed tolerance levels
- Act as a point of contact for the leadership of fraud team in dealing with issues.
- Provide feedback to business, in terms of remediation, VRM monitoring and fraud policy development, where appropriate.
Education
- Vocational Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Compulsory).
