VSO is looking for a consultant to carryout political economy analyses in three countries namely Myanmar, Ethiopia and Mozambique. This will be done jointly with VSO country office aims:
This political economy analyses will explore and seek to understand the political economy conditions under which social accountability is being practised in these VSO programme countries. It will also explore the particular adaptations, designs and innovations that might be required to do effective social accountability work and integration within VSO’s programmes using our unique relational volunteering model.
Consultants are expected to submit a budget not exceeding 50 person days. Budgets will be assessed on a competitive tendering basis.
Timeframe
The political economy analyses will take place from January –March 2019
