Technical Office Engineer at Global Edge

Global Edge is hiring a Technical Office Engineer based in Palma.

Elaborate and coordinates the preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, ensuring that contract specification and project timelines are met;
Review contract to determine docs required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering, construction, and manufacturing processes;
Review and verifies project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements and submits them to management for approval and transmits approved docs to Client;
Interact with Engineers, managers, customers, and others to discuss project, prepare documents.

Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field;
Experience as a Construction Document Controller;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Civil Engineering or Construction Management environment;
Excellent knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD, and other Engineering design programs;
Project management experience;
Interpersonal, analytical and management skills;
Good communication and correspondence skills;
Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
