Support agile team and all internal customers in business requirements coordination and quality assurance ensuring quality delivery according to customers’ expectations.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, analysing and specifying requirements;
Participate in existing company demand process contributing for more efficient controls as well as support the technology and business teams;
Active participation in business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques;
Ensure quality delivery by implementing end user testing strategies and techniques;
Prepare test specification plan, conduct end user acceptance testing ensuring quality delivery and excellent customer experience;
Prepare reports with expected quality and value to be used by senior leaders.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Business cases understanding;
Understanding of telecom systems engineering concepts;
Quality assurance knowledge;
Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills, across various levels;
Planning skills, team player, confident, Self-driven towards achieving goals;
Ability to speak in English and Portuguese
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems Technology;
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis;
