PRI is hiring a Regional Customer Solutions Manager.
Functions
Assist the segment’s/sub-segment’s knowledge manager with upskilling the commercial teams and provide them with relevant material;
Collaborate in driving customer engagements which are complex and require customization or a new solution;
You will also ensure that the sales to delivery process is maintained and will involve the right teams to ensure that we successfully sell and deliver end to end solutions to customers.
Requirements
A degree in Business Administration / Information Technology / Computer Science or Engineering;
Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT product range / product strategy and experience in IT solutions sales, marketing, account management and/or project management in a commercial and business environment;
