Ensures that all HES policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are communicated and complied w/ in the assigned region;
Ensures that all accidents are documented, investigated, and recommendations are implemented;
Ensures that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills are correctly reported; and safety inspections, risk assessments, and working procedures are managed in the assigned region;
Documents and maintains QHSE inspections, audits, and checks in the assigned region;
Prepares, manages, and safekeeps required reports;
Monitors and keeps abreast of relevant OSH issues and best practices and communicates/escalates updates to stakeholders and relevant organizations/committees;
Liaises with suppliers for procurement of HSE resources in the assigned region;
Ensures delivery and execution of safety training, as needed;
Implements, executes, and monitors plans and programs in accordance with QHSE laws and regulations;
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Licentiate Degree in any Engineering course (Mechanic and Agricultural are preferable);
With mandatory forty hour (40h), basic OSH (BOSH/COSH) training course applicable to the industry;
With additional forty eight hours (48h), advanced/ specialized occupational safety training course relevant to the industry and with other requirements as prescribed by OSH standards;
