PRI is hiring a Projects and Maintenance Coordinator – Agronomy.
Functions
Compiles monthly reports of operations carried out with a breakdown of the total expenses, compares, analyses, checks variations and obtains Head Agronomy Managers justification to be submitted to the Agronomy Director,
Enforces strict cost controls on all Repairs and Maintenance in Agronomy areas;
Insure all operations comply with the relevant Government protocols to insure good relations are maintained at all times;
Participates in achieving the necessary plans to ensure that the department meets its agreed goals and objectives, meets departmental head on a regular basis identifies and agrees key result areas, key objectives / tasks and action plans.
Requirements
Recognized trade qualification (3 years) or An agricultural diploma;
Good knowledge of all aspects in Repairs & Maintenance, building construction, security systems, electrical and mechanical matters & maintenance.
