Production Manager Full-Time

The Pricision Recruitment International is recruiting ProductionManager for Maputo.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the planning and organisation of the production schedules;
• Assess project and resource requirements;
• Estimate, negotiate, approve budgets and timescales with clients and managers;
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met;
• Determine quality control standards and oversee production processes;
• Organise relevant training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronical or Mining Engineering;
• 10+ years work and Leadership experience;
• Management of Metallurgical plant operations including in-depth experience in managing overall operations of Smelters, Mining & Refineries;
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills,
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving, demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
