Online Manager Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring an Online Manager, for Maputo.

Duties

• Organize and oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that the business is well coordinated and productive by managing procedures and people;
• Take a leadership role within the organisation, ensuring that all operation functions are managed efficiently and effectively;
• Oversee customer support, payments, managing relationships with key suppliers including cost control, quality of delivery and negotiating new contracts;
• Manage new customer launches ensuring each new client is managed effectively through initial launch and ongoing operations;
• Work closely with the technology development team, finance and trading teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant;
• 3+ years of proven work experience;
• Clear understanding of sports betting and the online industry;
• Passionate for sports but also able to work in a fast paced environment;
• Communication skills with well written and spoken English and Portuguese.
