The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Director is a full-time position for an upcoming opportunity in Mozambique for Improved Family Planning Initiative to improve maternal and child (MCH) by enabling women and couples to achieve their reproductive intentions. It will improve the health of women and couples through increased access and utilization of family planning, maternal and child health and reinforce high impact interventions including service delivery, quality improvement of health services, social behavior and communications change, and stakeholder engagement. This activity will contribute to the overall developmental goals outlined in the Country Development Coordination Strategy (CDCS) for Mozambique. The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Director will be responsible for the project monitoring and evaluation program, including development of project performance monitoring plan and coordinating regular project progress reports, including data collection and data quality assurance for reporting on indicators. S/he will link M&E data to a process of learning and iterative adaptation.
This position will be based in Maputo and is contingent upon contract award to Palladium.
