We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager of an upcoming large, five-year orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) project in Mozambique. Recruitment is contingent upon successful award of the project and the selection of the final applicant is subject to USAID approval of the project proposal.

The MEL Manager will provide leadership and technical guidance to the program team on all MEL related issues. They will act as the primary point of contact for establishing and managing a data processing environment responsive to USAID reporting and learning requirements. The MEL Manager will be based in the office of our local subpartner organization, OCSIDA, (Community Organization for Health and Development – Organização Comunitária de Saúde e Desenvolvimento), in Xai Xai (Gaza Province), with frequent travel to the districts for field activities.
