In Mozambique, we are working to eradicate early marriage and early pregnancy through projects that focus on adolescent girls in Inhambane, Sofala and Nampula. These projects are programmed along our three strategic pillars: Girl Education, SRHR, and YEE. Our work is gender transformative and includes influencing work at national and sub-regional level.
The purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise in developing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation system for the TamuJunto Project, including the provision of support to project staff and the district government authorities regarding the monitoring, evaluation, research and reporting tasks and responsibilities. The M&E Officer will oversee the implementation of the Project M&E activities, including communication.
The M&E Officer will support the project team in developing performance monitoring plans and results frameworks during projects design and implementation, creating M&E system, processes and tools, contributing to measuring, analysing, and reporting results.
The post holder will support the establishment of a systematic Monitoring and Evaluation system for the Project in Namialo-Meconta. The role includes communication related activities, which encompasses development of success stories and case studies, as well as management of the Project’s communication for behaviour change component.
