Total is hiring a Learning & Development Design and Partnering Coordinator, based in Maputo.
Job Description
Alignment of training activities with Group, affiliate and functional priorities and objectives in close collaboration with Total Group L&D organization, in-country stakeholders, Small and Medium Enterprises and Learning &Development Manager;
Development of TEPMA 1 Annual Training Plan, Training Budget and Government Training Plan and reporting;
In partnership with Learning & Development partner, identification of skill and knowledge gaps and solutions to close them;
Design and/or evaluation of training programs to ensure suitability and compelling course content and instructional methods, including material/media, audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc;
Planning and overseeing delivery of appropriate training;
Modes of assessment, such as business impact, performance outcomes, instructional tests, quizzes, activity evaluations, to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, events and activities;
Maintenance of project and course documentation;
Communications, including calendar of training events, registration information, completions and reports;
Responsive support to stakeholders regarding learning needs and solutions;
Teamwork with Training Admins and others to ensure effective delivery of programs.
Context and environment
Provide technical and project management expertise in the development of learning and development programs and initiatives ensuring they are aligned with organizational needs, quality standards, resourcing models and other global human resource policies, standards and processes.
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in training design, educational sciences or HR Management;
Years of experience: 5 years;
Languages: Portuguese and English;
Extra skills: Excel, Power Point, good communicator, structured and organized, ability to get cooperation from other person’s, ability to handle pressure.
