Lead Command Center Controller Full-Time

PRI is hiring a Lead Command Center Controller, based in Tete.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the senior member of the watch section, routinely training Junior Officers;
• Oversee and monitor the risk situation on-site to Search and Rescue (SAR) cases to minimize loss of life and property on-site;
• Maintaining expertise in the systems, tools, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures that are used in the daily operations of the Command Center watch;
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of safety issues, particularly regarding mining equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering, Environment Engineering or relevant field;
• Minimum of three (3) years’ of experience as Lead Command Center Controller;
• Previous experience with risk situation responses (preferable in the mine or power plant) ;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
