Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, training programs;
Conduct cross-training strategies to support the operational team to work across multiple projects;
Report on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
Requirements:
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or relevant field (MBA is an advantage);
More than five (5) years of experience, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and quality control on-site;
