Iso Management Full-Time

Movitel is recruiting an ISO Management to Human Resources Department, for Maputo.

Functions

1. Develop, implement Quality of Work Criteria;
2. Plan and coordinate activities;
3. Analyse and evaluate processes to ensure effective compliance;
4. Analyse and evaluate cases regarding breach of procedures, weakness in regulations;
5. Develop the program or strategies to ensure the achievement of good results;
6. Apply corrective actions to ensure the quality of work;
7. Evaluate and outline strategies to improve employee performance;
8. Management of qualitative procedures.
9. Ensure the quality and conformity of the processes with the regulations.
10. Maintain the quality management system that ensures adherence to the parameters of national and international standards.

Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resources or similar area;
2. Knowledge of Mozambican Labour Law;
3. Experience in the area of quality management;
4. Ability to assess and seek solutions to issues related to failure in procedures;
5. Ability to work under pressure;
6. Team leader;
7. Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
8. 2-year minimal experience in ISO Management.
