Human Resources Interns Internship

Introduction

Super Steel, Lda., a company operating in the field of transportation and logistics, based in Maputo City, is recruiting three (3) Human Resources Interns, to be based in Matola and Maputo.

Objective

The HR Manager is a professional who guides all the administrative tasks of an organization, to coordinate the functioning of other departments and handles all the necessary measures for employee management.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of candidates;
• Contracts;
• Attendance control;
• Driver induction;
• Periodic, oral and written evaluation of Drivers;
• Forwarding of Malfunction reports to the workshop sector, monitoring and reporting;
• Periodic acquisition and distribution of work uniforms;
• Work schedules;
• Periodic update of the Drivers’ Operational Regulation;
• Processing and payment of SISSMO;
• Nominal Relations;
• Vacation plan – Employee vacation management;
• Disciplinary Procedures;
• Maintenance of employee records;
• Passports for Drivers and control of expiry dates;
• Supervision of Health and Safety at the Workplace

Requirements:

• People-oriented and driven by results;
• Ability to plan a strategy together with leadership skills;
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Competence to effectively build and manage relationships at all levels of the company;
• Deep knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices;
