PRI is hiring a HR Strategy & Advisory Consultant.
Functions
Participate in the sales process by demonstrating value creation through strategic consulting and the ability to play the Subject Matter Resource (SMR) role on pursuit and proposal responses;
Lead client meetings at all levels (individual contributor, executive stakeholder);
Create and deliver client training material.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above from a commercial, business or HR related discipline;
Operational Human Resource and / or Process Design experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).
