Vodacom is hiring a Graduate Program (Technology Area), based in Maputo.
Role purpose
To support businesses in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis and also determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Assist and support in the gathering, identifying and documenting of business requirements;
- Arrange and assist with facilitation of project workshops;
- Assist and support of compiling and executing of test cases;
- Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes;
- Develops policies, procedures, business processes and management practices to support management functions and improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Self-driven towards achieving goals;
- Communication skills (both written & verbal) across various levels;
- Knowledge of Project Management Principles;
- Ability to work on multiple projects within the project timeframes;
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.);
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems Technology.
