Execute fire prevention inspections of buildings, fuel storage areas, vehicles, outside storage, etc., for fire safety discrepancies and advise on fire safety practices;
Checking and servicing portable fire equipment to ensure performance requirements;
Maintain the alarm room logbook and ensure information is kept up to date;
Respond to fire alarms, aircraft standby emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, medical, confined space, high angle rescue and other emergencies as a member of an engine company or ambulance crew.
Requirements
Highschool Diploma;
Valid and Unrestricted Class D – Driver’s License;
