Education
- Degree in HR, or Law;
- English is a must;
- At list 2 years working in immigration department;
- Experience with sales is a plus.
Job description
- Elaborate proposals;
- Handle client portfolio;
- Elaborate forecast and budget for immigration services;
- Liaise and develop strong relationship to key government official in Ministry of labour, Immigration and maintain a professional relationship;
- Attend to urgent matters raised by expats during the duration of contractual binding with the company this also include afterhours and weekends;
- Mediation fines at Ministry of labour and Immigration;
- Coordinate the activities of the immigration department and staff;
- Provide the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation;
- Be updated with the any changes on the immigration legislation;
- Responsible of all immigration and Operations Issues;
- Do trainings about immigration Services;
- Provide consulting services to potential customers;
- Help clients to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation;
- Help clients fill the respective application forms;
- Accompanying the applicant to the immigration office if it is necessary;
- Communicate with the authorities and the clients consistently;
- Treat the clients individually and give them all the necessary assistance;
- Do the verification control of the quality of the all documents for Work Permit, LOI, Work Visa Pack and DIRE processes;
- Send the documents to be translated;
- Prospecting, Meet and greet/ Understand client need;
- Do the verification of the clients documents if they are correct or not;
- Do the invoice request for immigration services and insure profitability through timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered;
- Organize all the process for the verification of authenticity of certificates in all country.
