The employee will be accountable for the responsibilities and the competencies, in accordance with the company Performance Management Manual. The following documents will be used for performance reviews:
Responsible for the direct line management of assistants engineering/emergency team in Cabo Delgado (assistants and site supervisors), including RRM team staff.
Providing technical support and leadership to partners and communities implementing Shelter/WASH or Emergency Response activities. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant minimum standards and collaborative engagement with the technical team in developing minimum technical standards, SOPs and guidance.
Work in collaboration with the shelter/WASH team to identify and develop strategic partnerships (including contractors), monitor the implementation and assess the performance.
Responsibility to prepare for shelter/WASH technical documentation, including Bill of quantities, scope of works, monitoring reports…, as per the company policies and the requirements of management for Emergency respones / Shelter/WASH or related activities.
