Malaria Consortium is recruiting for five (5) District Surveillance M&E Officer to join our team in Nampula, Zambézia and Manica Province.
The District SM&E Officer will provide technical support on the implementation of project SM&E and MOH activities at district, health facility and APE levels and contribute specifically to improved data quality, data analysis, reporting and data use.
The successful candidate will have:
- Graduate degree in epidemiology, public health, statistics or other related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience working at the national level on health systems management and coordinating with both governmental and technical partners;
- Experience in leading ongoing data analysis for relevant use for malaria control/elimination programs, key indicators, and data visualization tools;
- Strong analytical skills in monitoring and evaluation of programmes and projects;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required.

This role is conditional of Malaria Consortium securing funding for this role.
