Guide the main decisions related to the research objectives and the methodological design of the projects;
Provide or delegate quality assurance and control in all research projects;
Provide information about the local context and other practical aspects of conducting the research internally and customers;
Develop professional development plans for the research team and provide training and mentoring.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Political Science, Anthropology, International Relations, Statistics or relevant area (PhD is an advantage);
At least five (5) years’ experience in econometrics and inferential statistics, ideally including applied regression analysis, survey data analysis, data visualization, and power analysis;
Ability to clean and interpret real-world data, managing teams and human resources;
