Deputy Plant Director Full-Time

• Manage the safety, quality, deliveries, and financials of the operational part of the plant.
• Responsible for financials related to the UAP’s OI.
• Be a proxy for the Plant Manager when he/she is absent from the plant.
• Support the Plant Manager for budget preparation and presentation, forecast, and month end review.
• Be heavily involved in the program review and actions relative to plant readiness for new launches.
• Fulfil legal responsibilities and interact with local authorities once Plant Manager is absent.
• Support social climate and labor relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience.
