The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) is a full-time position for an opportunity in Mozambique for Improved Family Planning Services Initiative to improve maternal and child (MCH) by enabling women and couples to achieve their reproductive intentions. It will improve the health of women and couples through increased access and utilization of family planning, maternal and child health and reinforce high impact interventions including service delivery, quality improvement of health services, social behavior and communications change, and stakeholder engagement. This activity will contribute to the overall developmental goals outlined in the Country Development Coordination Strategy (CDCS) for Mozambique. The DCOP will support the Chief of Party with the overall managerial and technical leadership of the program, client relationship and reporting, personnel, stakeholders, administration, finance, and procurement.
This position will be based in Maputo and is contingent upon contract award to Palladium.
