Delivery Manager Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Establish and refine delivery processes and ensure positive customer experience;
• Deal with “Business-to-Business” relationship management and selling of tech enhancement solutions;
• Manage Service Delivery Agreements (SLAs) for customer segments;
• Work with the Sales Team to identify and increase market share and overall optimization of business performance;
• Give Support in implementation of internal & external technology solutions.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Informatics or Related Field;
• Minimum of  ten (10) years’ of experience with Operational Service Delivery in a technology company;
• ITL Certifications – Information Technology Infrastructure Library (is an advantage);
• Proficient in Portuguese and English.
