Debt Collector Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Debt Collector, for Nampula.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional portfolio and lay down strategies to drive better collection rates;
• Provide weekly updates on all field interventions performed and results achieved;
• Design and pilot collection processes necessary for ensuring better repayments and customer satisfaction;
• Report any cases of product tampering observed in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Financial Management (with Community Development or Credit Risk Management experience);
• 3+ years of field experience and working with rural customers;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese;
• Strong analytical skills.
