Construction Manager Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Construction Manager, for Inhambane.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and mentor the construction team;
• Maintain quality of output ensuring alignment with Company, Client, regulatory and contractual requirements;
• Ensure efficient use of all resources;
•  Provide weekly reports, updates and feedback with regards to the construction;
• Oversee the procurement, purchasing and transporting of various pieces of site equipment needed;
• Promote a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management;
• 10+ years of experience in various aspects of Construction Supervision;
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese;
• Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
