The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Community Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of the project (including the development of the project implementation plan, periodic work plans, technical and analytical reports, budgeting and accountability etc);
Ensure gender equity through analysing gender issues at the beginning of the project and incorporate actions that promote participation from all genders;
Carry out surveys and ensure that the initial data collection recommended by the project is carried out quickly with the best possible quality;
Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) team in the design of the project monitoring system;
Build and maintain a broad collaboration network with involved communities, local governments, CSOs and emergency and development programs active in the implementation districts;
Oversee the development of communication strategies and materials, complying with donor and marketing requirements and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Rural and Urban Development or relevant;
5+ years of proven experience implementing community development actions and institutional capacity with at least 2 years of experience managing Development Projects;
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
