Do you have a strong sales aptitude and an ability to maximize our sales team potential and crafting sales plans? We’re a world-leading smart mobility tech company with over 1,200,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and we’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Maputo, Mozambique.

Responsibilities

• The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) specific area/region;
• Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role;
• Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote;
• Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS;
• Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes;
• Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team;
• Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets.

Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
• Solution orientated;
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
• Strong business sense and industry expertise;
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
• High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills;
• Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level;
• CRM applied experience.
