Butchery Manager Full-Time

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Butchery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of the butcher shop, including coordination and supervision of the team in the different tasks;
• Establish relationships and negotiate with national and international suppliers;
• Supervise the cutting, slicing and preparation of pieces of meat.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the area;
• Experience of meat packing processes;
• Good knowledge of different types of meat including types of cuts;
• Interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English.
