VillageReach is seeking a Advisor to support IAR and COVID-19, 2022 response plan-CIDADE DE MAPUTO.

In its efforts to mitigate the impact of public health emergencies, the Government of Mozambique and BMGF partnered with Dalberg and VillageReach to provide technical assistance to Ministry of Health (MISAU) to strengthen its capacity to respond to public health emergencies. VillageReach, as the local implementing partner, seeks for a Advisor to support MISAU Technical working Groups (TWG) and COVID-19 National Response Coordination Advisory team to conduct the 2021 COVID-19 Pandemic Nacional Response Inter Action Review, as well as to elaborate the budgeting for the 2022 COVID-19 Pandemic Nacional Response Plan.

Timing and Level of Effort
The Advisorwill be engaged for eight hours per day during the working week. The engagement is expected for 5 months (five months). The assignment is expected to start in October 1st, 2021.
It is expected that the Advisor may have to work additional hours depending on the workload to meeting the expected results.

VillageReach or MISAU have no private offices, employees work in a shared, open environment with task and conference rooms accessible to employees for privacy and meetings. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Also due to current COVID-19 restrictions virtual meetings are an option.
