Catholic Relief Services is hiring a Administrative Manager, based in Maputo.
Catholic Relief Services is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS’ relief and development work is accomplished through programs of emergency response, HIV, health, agriculture, education, microfinance and peacebuilding.
CRS Mozambique currently has two offices: one in Maputo and one in Pemba. The Administrative Manager will be based in Maputo and will support the team based in Pemba, where the majority of field work is undertaken.
You will manage the provision of responsive, effective, and efficient administrative services and coordinate functions in the following operations areas as needed – Human Resources, Logistics, Travel, Local Representation – in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) mission to serve the poor and vulnerable. You will promote and ensure stewardship of resources and a high-quality service approach are integrated into administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Required Languages – Excellent written and spoken Portuguese; professional English competency a plus
Travel – Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% domestically.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports currently but may change as the CRS team evolves
