Functions
- Under moderate supervision organize and manage the routine work activities and compliance of federal programs and the Learning and Innovation team;
- Provide clerical support to directors, department heads, and other staff members;
- Handle confidential information and engage in frequent contact with all levels of district employees, outside agencies, and the public.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to follow through on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as Business Administration, Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management.
