PRI is hiring an Administration and Finance Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Update, design, implement and supervise adherence to the office’s policies and procedures, in addition to monitoring and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Prepare accounts, invoices, bank deposits and attend general consultations;
Plan the logistics, manage office orders and assist in the activities of the contact database;
Perform maintenance and schedule regular office equipment services.
Requirements:
Degree in Company Management, Accounting, or relevant field;
More than five (5) years in Accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures;
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
