Fundação Ariel (F. ARIEL) is a Mozambican organization, founded in 2011, in the context of the initiatives to eliminate pediatric HIV/AIDS in Mozambique. After being created in line with a strategy to increase the leadership of mozambican organizations in the fight against HIV/AIDS, Fundação ARIEL is, today, an reference organization in designing and implementing innovative solutions towards child survival and improvement in the quality of life of children, in particular in the context of eliminating pediatric HIV/AIDS.
F. Ariel seek for the applications for the bellow mentioned positions for the anticipated USAID-funded to implement Mozambique Local Tuberculosis Response activities in Sofala, Tete, Nampula and Zambezia, with the goal of supporting the Government of the Republic of Mozambique to eliminate TB as a public health problem by 2035 in line with the END TB Strategy targets. Challenge TB Project covers 56% of the country’s population and 51% of the reported TB cases in four high burden provinces selected in collaboration with the National TB Program (Nampula, Zambezia, Sofala, and Tete). This procurement is expect to be a five-year cooperative agreement with USD 20million.
The Financial and Administrative Director is responsible for overseeing project finances and other
operational and administrative duties. He will supervise all grant and contract management and reporting on contract and grant performance as well as provide financial and technical management to ensure best use of resources by preparing sound budgets, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring timely preparation of USAID financial reports.
Location: Maputo with field travel when necessary.
