Role Purpose

The Finance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making by providing robust financial insights and modelling. The role requires deep understanding of the company’s business model, financials, and accounting principles, while acting as a trusted partner to business units. The Finance Analyst will develop business cases for new products, services, and pricing strategies, contribute to budget planning, and monitor business performance against targets.

Key Accountabilities

• Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate new products, services, pricing, and investment decisions;
• Business Partnering: Act as a finance partner to business units, ensuring financial considerations are integrated into operational and strategic initiatives;
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and mid-term plans, incorporating business assumptions and market dynamics;
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze business unit performance against budget and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations;
• Decision Support: Prepare financial analysis, scenario modelling, and sensitivity testing to support executive decision-making;
• Provide timely and accurate standard and ad-hoc reports;
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings where appropriate;
• Understand key business drivers, develop models/manage forecasting/ budgeting process;
• Align and comply with policies and procedures as per Group requirements.

What we are looking in you

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred – e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIMA);
• At least 3 to 4 years of experiencie in Finance or relevant areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS or relevant accounting standards. An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal;
• Analytical thinking skills and a proactive attitude;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure (fast pace, tight deadlines, long hours, etc.);
• Experience in building business cases, financial modelling, and scenario analysis is an advantage;
• SQL skills is a key added advantage.
