Ensure control, monitoring and implementation of all financial activities under the program, including annual budget management, planning and control, in accordance with donor requirements and rules;
Preparation of organizational reconciliations (banking, salary, accounts payable and accounts receivable and prepayments) Support the Financial Specialist in the area of ??financial management, financial management;
Perform internal control actions, identify and address areas of risk and implement measures to minimize the risk of occurrence of irregularities;
Provide audit support, based on donor procedures and rules;
Analyze and interpret financial and non-financial data and prepare financial and administrative reports, in view of the report to the administration;
Formulate, communicate and monitor financial procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields;
Experience working with Microsoft Office and SAP;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration and financial coordination, particularly in development programs with international donors;
Knowledge and experience in financial functions in Fund Management;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (reading, speaking, writing and comprehension).
