Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE Company as an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor Rotator to join our team in Mozambique.

 Essential Responsibilities:

• Under broad direction is proficient in running most Cased Hole Completion applications in the district;
• Continues to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Cased Hole Completions and/or other product groups;
• Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job;
• Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job;
• Applies a commanding knowledge and seasoned experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest quality;
• Advises and troubleshoots on the most complex and critical issues in Cased Hole Completions in the district;
• Conducts on-the-job training as required;
• Handles special projects as assigned;
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

 Qualifications/Requirements:

• Two-year Technical college degree and significant experience as a Field Specialist;

Desired Characteristics:

• High mechanical and application proficiency with Cased Hole Completion products;
• May be competent in medium to high-risk applications in other product groups;
• Expert knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/workover rig operations. Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
