About the role / Purpose of the job
The Purpose of the role is to provide personal assistant services to the VP Level and Senior Managers.. To co-ordinate business functions of the unit that include personnel administration, office co-ordination and budget monitoring or management. To serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of VP’s of Sasol and as a liaison to the senior management teams. To be experienced in supporting senior level executives, handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and be able to work independently as required. To have the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced organization that is mission-driven, results-driven and team oriented. To be of ‘indispensable’ value in ensuring the optimum effectiveness of the executive/s in terms of work (and personal) time management and to organize and coordinate external relations efforts and oversee special projects. To assist the VP’s in achieving his/her strategic goals as a trustworthy, reliable and discreet personal assistant. Entrusted with highly confidential corporate and personal executive information and the personal affairs of the executive.
