Further develop undergraduate knowledge, skills and experience through structured development programmes and on-the-job training working on Sasol’s African oil and gas projects (Mozambique, Gabon, and South Africa)
Functional outputs
Programme Objectives:
To learn how to translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions that will add business value to Sasol;
Gain exposure to wide range of Upstream E&P industry techniques;
Learn applicable Sasol processes;
Develop awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental issues;
Develop the ability to analyse, interpret and document results;
Gain exposure to and learn technical and operational standards;
Develop skills so that, at the end of the programme, individuals are positioned to apply for a permanent position in Geoscience, Subsurface Engineering, Well Delivery or Facilities Engineering full-time Sasol vacancies.

Good communication skills;

B.Sc. or higher in appropriate discipline;
