ELIM is looking to hire a Human Resources & Compliance Officer to join our Operations & Compliance Unit.
The Operations & Compliance Unit supports the Business Development Unit (BDU) on submission of the proposals and the Research & Evaluation Unit (REU) on the administrative management of project implementation. The Operations & Compliance Unit is also the central point for the organization’s corporate services which include financial management, human resources, office administration, and contracting and procurement.
The Human Resources & Compliance Officer is a mid-level staff position reporting to the Operations and Compliance Manager. S/He should be results-oriented and have excellent interpersonal management, communication, task management, and problem-solving skills, as well as superior attention to detail. S/He will work support the personnel management of the entire staff complement of the ELIM Group of companies, namely ELIM Serviços Lda, Mutiana Investimentos Lda and Ntizo Espaço Empresarial & Serviços. The Human Resources & Compliance Officer must demonstrate a strong ability to work in a diverse team and engage external stakeholders, both local and international, in accordance with corporate expectations.
