District Surveillance M&E Officer Full-Time

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a District Surveillance M&E Officer to join our team in Angoche, Nampula, Mozambique.

The District SM&E Officer will provide technical support on the implementation of project SM&E and MOH activities at district, health facility and APE levels and contribute specifically to improved data quality, data analysis, reporting and data use.

The successful candidate will have:

• Graduate degree in epidemiology, public health, statistics or other related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working at the national level on health systems management and coordinating with both governmental and technical partners.
•  Experience in leading ongoing data analysis for relevant use for malaria control/elimination programs, key indicators, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills in monitoring and evaluation of programmes and projects.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
