Digital Project Manager – Banking Products Full-Time

This isn’t a trivial inconvenience, it affects the livelihoods, education, health, and opportunity of those considered “unbanked”.

On the flip side, there are businesses (mobile network operators, technology platforms, eCommerce marketplaces) that have customers in their channels but cannot offer them reliable access to financial services.

Financial service providers (banks & insurance companies) who possess the capital and licenses, but are unable to reach the customers with no access to them.

The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Project Manager, you’ll spearhead the success of our embedded finance products. In this pivotal role, you will blend strategic vision with execution to create and implement initiatives to improve our products – directly shaping the future of financial accessibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and market potential.
• Product Development: Oversee the implementation of product initiatives end-to-end by working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders – these include additional product features, communication tools, acquisition and retention functionalities.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal teams, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and potential partners.
• Communication: Consistently optimize the communication strategies through A/B testing & customer feedback.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and risk assessment to ensure product viability and profitability.
• Data Analysis & Customer Feedback: Utilize product & customer insights to refine products and inform new product development.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and market impact.
