Deputy Resident Engineer Full-Time

Overview

Description:

• Create and deliver white papers, presentations and demos in support of the client;
• Support strategically by preparing and delivering demonstrations and technical artifacts;
• Attend customer meetings and other events to support strategic captures;
• Initiate necessary tests for materials and exercise quality control of workmanship;
• Attend customer meetings and other events to support strategic captures;
• Foster and ensure a collaborative, service oriented, revenue driven environment;
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering and product development teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in road construction materials, geotechnical surveys and testing;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of connection with road construction;
• 3 years of experience in charge of field laboratories in routine quality performance tests;
• Able to work independently at all field testing;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
