Deputy Operations Manager Full-Time

Komatsu Africa Holdings has an opportunity for an experienced and dyunamic leader with excellent business skills and proven knowledge of mining equipment to head our team in Mozambique

Responsibilities include:

1. Financial Management;
2. Contracts/Supplier Management;
3. Corporate governance;
4. Strategic planning;
5. SHE;
6. Technical service of client equipment;
7. Inventory Management.

Requirements:

1. Trade/Technical qualifications, studying toward business related qualification;
2. Knowledge of and experience in heavy earthmoving machinery in a mining environment;
3. 3+ years proven experience in managing technical staff;
4. Business experience with regards to custome rliaison, service level agreements, decision-making and problem resolution in mining;
5. Financial management with regards to profitability and cost control, inventory management and control;
6. Proven track record with regard to customer liaison;
7. Willingness to work in Tete.
